TC-One provides commercial services to the customers of our customers. Orders vary from 3 months to 2 years. The type of sales work you will perform on behalf of a customer may vary greatly. At one time you may be selling the latest software, another time it may be to revive an old product.

Tc-One is active in 4 sectors: the ITC, the Financial Market, the Medical Sector and the Government.

Within the TC-One team one is also responsible for maintaining existing accounts and exploring new ones at high levels. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of the customer and to sell high quality TC-One commercial services.
The TeleSales Counsellor calls the customer’s contact network to generate leads and acts at the customer’s operational level. These activities take place mainly at the TC-One office, but, at the customer’s request, also ‘on-site’. He/she gives advice to the customer in the field of the most effective way of Telesales.

The Sales Counsellor operates on behalf of the customer and manages small- and medium size accounts, explores new sales or services by anticipating the wishes and needs of the customer and by implementing TC-One’s effective sales techniques. Acts at operational and middle- management level. Will usually be provided with new leads by TC-One’s own personnel.

The Commercial Counsellor shows his/her expertise in solving complex problems and/or activities which may cross the boundaries of their own expertise. He/she is responsible for managing important accounts and operates at middle- and top level management.

Besides giving commercial counselling the Principal Counsellor leads a team of sales professionals. He/she is responsible for the execution of the organization’s sales strategy with the aim to optimize the results. Shares knowledge with others and coaches members of the sales team in the TC-One methodology. Acts at the highest level of customer organization.
